Responsibilities:
As a central interface in controlling, you support the decentralised units in the financial management of their third-party funded projects.
You monitor budgets and project finances, analyse deviations between plan and actual, and ensure early transparency regarding financial developments.
You prepare meaningful periodic reports for various stakeholders and ensure compliance with applicable third-party funding regulations.
You advise institutes and faculties on controlling issues and conduct training on SAP-based evaluations and reports.
Qualifications:
A business administration education at FH level or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis.
You bring practical experience in controlling and have solid knowledge of accounting.
You are comfortable handling large data volumes and can structure and analyse information effectively with Excel.
SAP experience is important for this role.
You have fluent German language skills.
