To complete our team at our administrative headquarters in Vevey, our franchise is looking for a HR Business Partner at 80% - 100%.
Your mission
You will play a key role in human resources management, actively contributing to the smooth running of our processes and employee follow-up.
- Administrative management of the employee lifecycle (contracts, personnel files, work certificates, etc.)
- Monitoring residence permits
- Tracking absences, leave, and work hour data
- Rigorous monitoring of sickness and accident absences with the franchise broker
- Participation in payroll management in collaboration with our fiduciary
- Advice and support to the managers of the 7 restaurants regarding HR matters, particularly related to the Collective Labour Agreement (CCNT)
- Participation in recruitment and integration of new employees
- Contribution to HR projects aimed at optimising our internal processes
- Support to managers in conflict management
- Routine interviews with employees from the various restaurants
- Preparation of various HR audits
- Ensuring regular visits to our 7 restaurants to respond to the various requests of our employees
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, ideally in the restaurant sector or similar
- In-depth knowledge of the Collective Labour Agreement (CCNT) in the restaurant industry
- Holder of the HRSE HR certificate
- Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, etc.); knowledge of Mirus software is an asset
- Organised, rigorous, and possessing excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and proactively
- Native French speaker with excellent writing skills in this language
- Valid driving licence and private vehicle for travel to various sites.
