- Management and supervision of projects and project teams in the field of structural planning and conversions
- Leadership of new builds / conversions as well as extensions and strengthening projects from feasibility study to realisation
- Acquisition and client support
- Independent development of solutions and strategies within the projects
- Support and preparation of structural calculations for inspections of existing buildings, interventions in the load-bearing structure, as well as for the development of strengthening measures and the planning of new buildings
- BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering (ETH, FH, TU, TH) and at least 5 years of professional experience in project management
- Experience in client support and acquisition
- Independent, goal-oriented and reliable working style
- Initiative and team-oriented personality as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Confident and professional demeanour
- Fluent German skills (spoken and written)
