Job Description

• Overall responsibility for operational purchasing in the own electronics goods segment
• Ensuring demand-oriented material availability
• Maintenance and development of existing supplier relationships
• Identification and implementation of optimisation potentials along the supply chain
• Close collaboration with production, quality management and suppliers as a central interface
• Conducting contract negotiations and concluding framework agreements
• Analysis and improvement of supplier performance
• Maintenance and updating of relevant master data in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Continuous optimisation and further development of purchasing processes

We expect

• Successfully completed technical basic training
• Additional qualification in purchasing or supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience in the procurement of electronic components in an industrial environment
• Structured and independent working style with a high sense of duty and strong team spirit
• Solution-oriented action and confident appearance – even under time pressure or in demanding situations
• Strong negotiation skills and convincing assertiveness
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365
