Unified Communications Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
In 2nd level support, you handle and dispatch tickets and escalate them to 3rd level support if necessary
You operate and further develop the telephony and communications infrastructure
You administer voice and unified communications solutions such as Microsoft Teams Phone and AudioCodes SBC
You actively participate in network, maintenance as well as integration and migration projects
You reliably create and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrician, telematics technician, IT specialist, media technician or equivalent
Experience in the operation and troubleshooting of telephony, communications or network infrastructures
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone and AudioCodes SBC; Alcatel Enterprise, Luware, Cisco and Fortinet are advantageous
Very good German skills, both spoken and written, good English skills, driving licence B and willingness for on-call duty
