Officer Operations & Maintenance Hydraulic Production (m/f/d)

Workload: 80% or more | Baden

In this role, you ensure that operations and maintenance across all plants are implemented efficiently, transparently and sustainably. You connect people, processes and data and contribute to the continuous development of our hydraulic production. You can expect a varied role with a lot of responsibility, exciting interfaces and real scope for design.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You analyse operational and maintenance performance and derive concrete improvement measures

• You systematically monitor measures, guidelines and resolutions and ensure sustainable implementation

• You coordinate collaboration between central departments and the plants

• You identify weaknesses and promote the exchange of best practices

• You support audits as well as governance, quality and compliance topics

• You contribute to energy industry issues as well as topics related to the protection of critical infrastructures

• You support the harmonisation and further development of standards and processes

• You continuously develop the reporting of relevant key figures

Profile & Requirements:

• Technical education at FH or HF level

• Experience in operation and/or maintenance of technical systems

• Ideally experience in the energy, infrastructure or hydropower environment

• Know-how in KPI, performance and data management

• Experience in process management and a strong affinity for data management

• Confident handling of digital tools such as MS 365 and PowerBi

• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working

• Very good German and good English skills (written & spoken)
