To strengthen its team, it is currently seeking a Mandate Manager in Fiduciary Services responsible for managing mandates, supporting clients, and performing tasks in accounting, payroll, and taxation.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You will take charge of a portfolio of accounting mandates, ensuring rigorous, structured, and personalised follow-up to provide real added value to clients throughout their support
- You will manage payroll processing as well as social insurance, ensuring precise, reliable work that complies with the requirements related to each file handled
- You will carry out tax work for individuals and legal entities, advise clients in their procedures, and maintain a direct relationship based on listening and quality exchanges
- You will collaborate daily with a committed team, participate in improving practices, and work in a digitalised environment that encourages autonomy, initiative, and knowledge sharing
You offer your new employer
- You hold a qualification in accounting or fiduciary services at Brevet, Bachelor level, or an equivalent diploma and wish to apply your skills in a dynamic organisation
- You have experience in fiduciary services that enables you to manage mandates autonomously, with a sense of responsibility and excellent organisation of your priorities
- You have a perfect command of French, and any knowledge of German or English is considered a valuable asset for working with a diverse clientele
- You are comfortable using IT tools and accounting management software and adapt easily to similar digital and collaborative environments
- You demonstrate rigour, excellent attention to detail, a good team spirit, and a service-oriented attitude to build lasting trustful relationships
