- You play a key role in developing the strategy for Manufacturing Engineering, especially in the area of Automation and Industry 4.0.
- As Head of the Automation & Tooling team, you successfully lead seven engineers as well as the maintenance and support team.
- You prepare budgets, develop training plans, and continuously promote your team.
- The development of operating resources according to customer requirements and regulatory provisions is your responsibility.
- You make production processes more efficient, particularly regarding quality, process control, and cost reduction.
- You set up, commission, and validate systems and operating resources to ensure smooth production.
- You coordinate and motivate stakeholders to successfully implement projects, often under your own leadership.
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in Engineering, for example in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, from a university of applied sciences or university.
- You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing industrial company, ideally also as Head of Automation.
- As an experienced project manager, you are able to implement projects with diverse stakeholders.
- You possess knowledge in mechanical and plant engineering according to machinery regulations and ideally experience in control and regulation technology, with PLC programming being an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as special skills in tools such as Creo, Treesoft, Mentor Expedition, TwinCAT, and PNOZmulti Configurator are part of your repertoire.
- Your high initiative and systematic problem-solving approach enable effective involvement and coordination of relevant parties.
- You have very good German and good English skills.
