This is what you can achieve.

• As a shift supervisor, you are responsible for the professional leadership of around 12 employees and coordinate the activities for the shift (no night work, but late shift) of the staff with your colleagues. You ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety.
• In day-to-day operations, you work operationally with the team. You sand, blast, fill, prime, and paint our rolling stock and work with various 2K paint systems based on water and solvent using AirMix and conventional painting methods.
• As a shift supervisor, you are the first point of contact for questions regarding execution, quality, and safety for employees on the shift.
• Additionally, you promote and support the further development of the team through coordination with the supervisor. This requires an open feedback culture.
• You enjoy participating in projects alongside your role as shift supervisor and support the team leader in recruiting new employees.

• Due to your high flexibility, you are used to working in an agile environment and adapting to changing conditions.
• Your holistic entrepreneurial thinking combined with your sensitivity for interpersonal matters makes it easier for you to coach your shift employees and to meet deadlines, quality, and safety requirements.
• You have completed a 4-year apprenticeship as a car painter EFZ, industrial painter EFZ, or body painter EFZ. Initial leadership experience in an industrial environment is an advantage.
• You are fluent in German (at least C1) and are accustomed to working daily with common Microsoft Office applications.
