• Lead and further develop the team of 3 mechanics in preventive maintenance
• Plan, control, and optimise preventive maintenance measures
• Further develop our strategies in the area of Predictive Maintenance
• Use and expand online monitoring systems for condition analysis
• Integrate and support robotic solutions in maintenance
• Analyse malfunctions and derive sustainable improvement measures
• Work closely with production, engineering, and external partners

What you bringexpand_more

• Completed technical basic training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by a higher vocational qualification (BP/HFP/HF)
• Several years of experience in maintenance, ideally in industry (e.g. cement, chemicals, production)
• Initial leadership experience or pronounced leadership potential
• Experience with modern maintenance strategies (Preventive / Predictive Maintenance)
• Interest or experience in digitalisation, sensor technology, and data analysis
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and ability to work in a team
• Native German speaker, fluent French (C1)
