Role:
Do you want to lead a property management team while simultaneously managing a demanding real estate portfolio? For an established company in the real estate sector, we are looking for an experienced individual who combines leadership, customer care and professional property management.
Responsibilities:
You lead your team both professionally and personally
You are responsible for budgeting, forecasts and the financial control of the portfolio
You are responsible for the professional management of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties
You coordinate maintenance, repair and renovation work as well as external service providers
You handle rental contract and rent adjustments and support owners in rent setting
Qualifications:
You hold the federal specialist certificate in property management or a comparable further qualification
You bring several years of experience in property management
You communicate confidently in German
