Qualified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 40% to 60%

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
• Taking on tasks as a nursing key contact person
• Responsibility and management of the nursing process for assigned guests, including RAI nursing needs assessment
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
• Leading case discussions and nursing reports
• Taking on tasks as a topic leader in a specialist area and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
