Mandate Manager Fiduciary 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Mandate Manager Fiduciary (80-100%, m/f/d) with career prospects. As the central contact person, you will support clients in financial and payroll accounting, taxes, and social insurances. You coordinate accounting, VAT returns, and annual financial statements, advise clients individually, and develop suitable solutions. In this position, you lead a clerk and work with various fiduciary software solutions such as Bexio and Banana.

What do I need to be successful?

• Fiduciary certificate, comparable diploma (e.g. Bachelor in Business Administration) or several years of experience in fiduciary services

• Confident appearance, professional competence, and solution-oriented thinking in client contact

• Enjoyment of responsibility and the ability to quickly recognise client needs

• Flexibility, commitment, and strong service orientation

• Experience with various fiduciary software solutions such as Bexio, Banana, and other programmes

• Adaptability and excellent advisory skills

• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
