Production Employee Finish

Your finesse provides the finishing touch.

For our client, we are looking for a careful and skilled craftsman for the Finish / Final Processing area. The position can be filled as a permanent role or on a Try & Hire basis. You will work during regular working hours without shift work.

Tasks:

• Independently perform finishing work according to drawings, work instructions and inspection regulations

• Recognise component geometries and take them into account during processing

• Read and apply dimensions, tolerances and fits from technical drawings

• Set up presses for the intended processing steps

• Ensure the required surface quality

• Inspect processed parts for damage, burrs and surface defects

• Prepare finished parts for final inspection and packaging

Your profile:

• Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in final processing or finishing of components

• Manual dexterity and a strong quality awareness

• Understanding of technical drawings, dimensions and tolerances

• Independent, precise and reliable working style

• Patience and a keen eye for detail

• Good German skills to understand work instructions and inspection regulations
