For our HR Recruitment team, we are looking as soon as possible for an intern who wants to dive into the exciting world of HR recruitment.
In our team, we manage the entire personnel acquisition for Hirslanden Bern. Specifically for our three clinics Beau-Site, Permanence and Salem Hospital as well as for the Medical Center Wankdorf and OPERA Bern. Besides the varied daily business, we actively shape topics such as employer branding, onboarding, benefits, and aptitude diagnostics and continuously develop them further.

YOUR TASKS
- You support the HR recruitment partners with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process (pre-selection of applications, drafting job advertisements, clarifications and appointment scheduling with applicants, etc.)
- If interested and suitable, you will have the opportunity in the medium term to independently take on complete recruitments (including conducting interviews)
- You help prepare and follow up on our induction days for new employees and also play an active role in conducting them on site
- Furthermore, you assist in managing and further developing our benefits
- Based on your previous experience, you will take on other suitable tasks; the internship is intended to give you a broad insight into recruitment and HR in general
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a tertiary degree (university, university of applied sciences, higher vocational school) in business administration, psychology or a comparable field with initial work experience in the commercial sector
- Alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ)
- As a person, you convince with empathy and a strong service orientation
- You prioritise correctly in daily work and are known for your efficient and goal-oriented working style
- Your German skills are very good both spoken and written, and you are proficient in using common MS Office programmes
