What Awaits You

In this role, you actively support our insurance and pension advisors in all sales processes, thereby contributing to the satisfaction of our customers.

Your Impact with Us

You maintain a solution-oriented customer contact at the counter and on the phone.

 You support our insurance and pension advisors and set the course for the smooth processing of customer business (mainly non-life products).

With your organisational skills and flair for administrative tasks, you prepare quotations, process applications, and coordinate appointments. Additionally, you act as the link to our specialist departments at the head office.

What You Bring

• Completed insurance apprenticeship or professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally at a general agency
• High service orientation
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as close teamwork
• Independent and reliable working style
• Communicative, empathetic, and loyal personality
• Fluent German language skills

The workload is negotiable from 50%. Your employment starts on 01.10.2026 or by arrangement.
