Customer Service Advisor in PPS (Production Planning and Control) 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Economic and efficient planning for optimal utilisation of production facilities

• Coordination and timely provision of all required materials and finished parts

• Continuous monitoring of production capacity with weekly reporting

• Management of external contract manufacturing and supplier coordination

• Strategic planning and optimisation of delivery call-offs

• Precise scheduling for customer-specific orders and components

• Continuous improvement of workflows in the PPS area

• Support with all other production planning relevant activities

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed a technical education, ideally supplemented by further training as a Technician in Business Processes, Technical Salesperson or comparable qualification

• Experience in work preparation and production planning/control is an advantage, but motivated career changers with corresponding basic knowledge are also warmly welcome

• You bring experience in handling ERP systems, preferably SAP

• Very good German skills are essential, knowledge of English or French would be a plus

• You possess a strong understanding of technical contexts and manufacturing processes

• Your analytical skills and problem-solving competence distinguish you

• You work independently, are resilient, flexible and have good communication skills
