Specialist Construction Manager Building Services (m/f/d)
Role:
As a Specialist Construction Manager Building Services, you take independent responsibility for managing building services projects during the realisation phase. You coordinate all involved project partners, monitor deadlines, costs and quality, and accompany the projects until successful handover.
Responsibilities:
Independent specialist construction management of building services projects throughout the entire realisation phase
Coordination of involved specialist planners, partners and internal interfaces
Creation and review of plans, concepts and technical documents
Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality of the projects
Contact person for clients, architects and external partners
Accompanying projects through to execution and successful handover
Ensuring smooth collaboration among all project participants
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building services planner
Further education at FH, HF or equivalent level is an advantage
At least 3 years of professional experience as a specialist construction manager on complex projects in Switzerland
Good CAD skills, for example with Bausoft, as well as confident use of Microsoft Office
Independent, responsible and structured working style
Strong communication skills in dealing with clients, specialist planners and partners
Team-oriented, flexible, committed and well-organised personality
