We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a 12-month contract to support our client in its development.
Our client is an international company.
The role will start ASAP and for 12 months.
Missions
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Talent Management: Assist in the development and implementation of talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Project Management: Lead HR projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring successful delivery.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by developing and implementing change management strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations in Switzerland.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- French and English - Fluency
- Swiss labor law knowledge mandatory.
