Your Area of Responsibility

• Needs Analysis: Determine personnel requirements with managers and advise as a sparring partner in recruitment
• Job Advertisement Design: Formulate target group-oriented, attractive job postings for various functions for the headquarters at OTTO’S
• Interview Conducting: Conduct professional and appreciative interviews and manage the entire selection process
• Talent Acquisition: Conduct interviews and accompany candidates and line managers through the recruitment process
• Employer Branding: Continuously develop our recruiting strategies and employer branding activities
• HR Project Work: Participate in exciting HR projects and contribute new ideas
• Administration: After successful recruitment, prepare employment contracts and other documents in the employee life cycle

Your Profile

• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in recruitment
• Further Training: Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma is an advantage
• Personality: Winning, sociable and proactive personality
• Working Style: Service-oriented, trustworthy and independent person
• IT Competence: Sound MS Office skills and a high IT affinity
