The Nursing Directorate embodies the authority in nursing matters. Its mission is to guarantee the quality and safety of care within the establishment. As such, the Nursing Directorate oversees all nursing activities (nurses and various health professional groups). To fulfil its mission, it relies on three centres of expertise: quality, sustainability and digital innovation; clinical expertise and professional practices; management and transformation.

You contribute to the harmonisation of care practices, ensuring compliance with recommendations issued by expert societies and actively participating in the continuous improvement of care quality. You work closely with the specialised multidisciplinary team and take part in clinical and functional meetings to support a coordinated and coherent approach around patients.
