What to expect with us
- As a member of the core staff, you work in a department in Medical Area 1B and accompany FaGe trainees individually and professionally through their practical assignments
- You plan, accompany and reflect learning processes on an equal footing
- You design practice-oriented training situations according to the Cognitive Apprenticeship model (CAS)
- Together with those responsible for education, you develop a learning and working community (LAG) - practice-oriented, effective and future-oriented
- You conduct assessments and document learning progress
- You actively promote an open learning atmosphere and work closely with the interprofessional team
What you bring
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience in an acute hospital, ideally in the surgical field
- Pedagogical further training (SVEB certificate or willingness to complete it)
- Enjoyment in supporting and developing young people in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and high sense of responsibility
- Interest in further developing training quality
