At the open psychotherapeutic ward Wing of the University Clinic for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, you will find a versatile and dynamic working environment where innovation is lived. You work with people in acute crisis situations with a focus on qualified withdrawal and dual diagnoses and take on a central role in the milieu-therapeutic daily routine. At the same time, you actively help shape the development of a training ward, contribute your knowledge, and support the next generation of nursing specialists. You can expect collaboration on an equal footing within an interdisciplinary team as well as an environment that promotes professional quality, further development, and personal responsibility.

Your tasks

• You take on patient-centred care and support for people in an acute psychiatric crisis with a focus on qualified withdrawal and dual diagnoses
• You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing nursing, educational, and therapeutic measures in the milieu-therapeutic setting
• You lead milieu-therapeutic activities and groups and actively shape the daily ward routine
• You accompany trainees and students in everyday nursing and support them in their professional development on our training ward
• You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• You contribute to projects for quality development and quality assurance and bring in your ideas

Your profile

• You have a vocational qualification as FAGE EFZ or hold a diploma as a nursing specialist HF / FH
• Ideally, you have experience working with people with mental illnesses and have an interest in supporting trainees and students
• You convince with high social and self-competence as well as a responsible way of working
• You remain calm and capable of acting even in demanding and dynamic situations
• You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and actively contribute to the team
