Specialist Literature and Theatre & Dance 60%
Exciting tasks await:
- As a specialist, you are responsible for the expert committees Literature as well as Theatre & Dance. You handle the examination, processing and administration of funding applications and jury applications in these fields.
- You advise the board members of the two expert committees in professional matters. In cooperation with the board members, you adapt the funding activities to the current developments in the cultural landscape.
- You are responsible for organising meetings and budget control in the specialist areas of Literature as well as Theatre & Dance.
- As additional cross-sectional tasks, you take on writing press releases, editing jury and activity reports, as well as web management.
- You regularly attend events in the fields of Literature as well as Theatre & Dance.
What you bring:
- We are looking for a person with a university of applied sciences degree in one of the specialist areas and/or an additional qualification in cultural management or an equivalent education.
- You have already gained professional experience in a similar position and are familiar with the Aargau and Swiss culture, literature, theatre and dance scene.
- You are well organised, skilled in writing texts
- You have very good user knowledge of MS Office programmes and other IT applications.
- You are used to working very independently, resilient, flexible in time with irregular application volumes and you enjoy integrating into a small team.
