- Training in watchmaking or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in T1 adjustment
- Excellent dexterity and great precision
- Rigorous, methodical and conscientious person
- Autonomous, reliable and committed to quality work
- Excellent team spirit
- Strong sense of quality and detail
- Perform T1 adjustment operations on mechanical movements
- Carry out the necessary inspections
- Ensure conformity and proper functioning of movements
- Analyse discrepancies and make necessary adjustments
- Identify potential anomalies and ensure their follow-up
- Respect the procedures and quality standards of the manufacture
- Work closely with production and quality teams
