Application Manager AI (m/f/d)
Our client is an established trading company in the construction and interior finishing sector. The company offers a wide range of products and solutions for various customers from the construction and craft environment and combines expert advice with professional service.

Role:
Artificial intelligence is currently changing how applications are operated and further developed. As an Application Manager AI, you actively shape this change and bring generative AI into existing business processes. You ensure the stable operation of central core applications while simultaneously identifying where automation creates real added value. You take on the mediating role between departments and technical partners. Freedom for your own ideas and rapid prototyping are an integral part of this.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the smooth operation of core applications and coordinate updates and further developments.
You lead projects to integrate AI agents and drive the intelligent automation of processes.
You support and implement solutions around Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
As an interface between departments and partners, you translate requirements into technical specifications.
Furthermore, you develop practical solutions together with the users.
In addition, you pay attention to data protection, security, and compliance, especially when using AI services and LLM APIs.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in application management, technical product management, or a similar role.
You have successfully led or closely supported IT implementation projects.
Practical experience with generative AI technologies as well as knowledge of large language models (LLM) and AI agents distinguish you.
You do not have to be a senior developer but use modern AI-supported development tools for rapid prototyping.
Additionally, you have experience with SharePoint configuration and administration; knowledge of common ERP solutions is a plus.
Moreover, you communicate fluently in German; other languages such as English, French, or Italian are welcome.
