Accounting Manager 60/80%

For our client, an SME owning several companies in the digital sector and located in Morges, we are looking for an Accounting Manager for a permanent contract between 60/80%. Start date in autumn.

Reporting to the group CFO, your duties will be to oversee all accounting for the group companies as well as produce the payroll. Analytical skills will also be required.

More specifically:
* Full accounting cycle up to closing for one or more entities spread across 2 different cantons
* Preparation of financial statements, acting as the point of contact with auditors
* Supporting a person in administration and control of AP, AR
* Bank reconciliations
* VAT declaration
* End-to-end payroll management process, social charges declarations
* HR tasks: managing arrivals / departures ...
* Support in cleaning and structuring the accounting
* Participation in improving IT tools

We are looking for someone with:
- 5 years of accounting experience - multi-entity with some HR and payroll management
- Experience in a project-based company and experience in a fiduciary firm are strong assets
- Salary: 80/90K CHF - on-site position in Morges between 60/80% with some travel expected to group companies
