YOUR TASKS
- You actively shape the clinic-wide Oncology Care Support and develop patient-related care services that you implement and continuously evaluate
- You take professional responsibility for oncological and haematological topics, coach nursing teams and promote evidence-based nursing practice, especially in autologous stem cell transplants and CAR-T cell therapies
- You drive professional development and quality initiatives in your area of responsibility and accompany certifications
- You support and promote collaboration between different professional groups to ensure patient-centred care
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed Master’s degree or advanced in Master’s studies (MScN or equivalent)
- Professional experience in an acute hospital with a focus on oncology and/or haematology
- Practical, patient- and team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for professional development and coaching
- Structured, committed and proactive working style that actively uses scope for design and drives nursing development
