Tasks

• You independently and confidently carry out the planned care and support tasks and assist in caring for residents in crisis situations.
• You report observations, provide objective reports, and document fully and clearly.
• You assist with activating, reactivating, and maintaining therapeutic care and support tasks and are familiar with the care and support-related needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives.
• You jointly supervise our trainees together with the main professional trainers and the person responsible for vocational training.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with joy in working with older people; team-oriented, responsible and reliable – with an independent working style and excellent communication skills
• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written, good IT skills, and ideally knowledge of EasyDok
• A heart for our residents and our trainees

The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 70,300 and CHF 93,936 (100%), depending on experience.
