As an IT supporter, you are the first point of contact for employees with ICT questions and ensure a smooth IT daily routine. In this role, you manage the workplace environment, administer user accounts and access rights, and ensure a professional employee lifecycle through structured onboarding and offboarding. You actively support IT projects and contribute your know-how in an environment where on-premise systems are combined with modern cloud and SaaS solutions. You can expect a varied range of tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility and the opportunity to further develop your area of responsibility professionally.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring a functioning and user-friendly workplace environment as well as supporting end users with questions about IT systems and digital services
Accompanying technical changes and projects in a diverse landscape of local infrastructure components and cloud-based applications
Promoting efficient use of the tools employed through support, knowledge transfer and practical user training
Organising and managing the hardware used as well as ensuring transparent and up-to-date asset data throughout the entire device lifecycle
Qualifications:
Solid IT training background and enthusiasm for a versatile entry-level or development position in technical support
Technical affinity and interest in the interplay of workplace, infrastructure, virtualisation, network and cloud technologies
Ideally experience with Microsoft-based environments as well as tools and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, VMware or comparable solutions
Reliable and customer-oriented working style, strong team spirit and confident communication in German and English
