Head of Global Service 100% (m/f/d)

As a member of our Executive Team, you lead and shape the future of our global plant and service business in the newly created business unit «Global Service». In this key role, you develop and implement the transformation and growth strategy for the teams (approx. 100 employees) in the country subsidiaries: as a market leader, you set new standards in service excellence, successfully leverage our global network for extended service offerings, and position your team as a reliable partner for our customers.

With strong innovative power, you recognise trends early and open up new market and customer potentials, which you successfully convert into profitable offers for sustainable growth.

Your tasks

• Sustainable growth through expansion, further development and diversification of our worldwide plant and service business
• Definition, implementation and scaling of global change approaches and innovative service strategies
• Introduction of standards for effective and strategy-compliant service delivery, for relevant market and customer data as well as management information
• Ensuring continuous and consistent improvements of our offerings and service delivery at the customer
• Identifying and realising new market opportunities and technological optimisation potentials

Your profile

• Degree (business administration, engineering or similar), ideally combined technical & commercial
• Extensive experience in service or product management, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
• Proven success in implementing transformation and change projects
• Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Excellent strategic thinking combined with pragmatism and implementation strength
• Fluent in German and English
• High willingness to travel
