- Independent organisation and management of the construction site
- Planning, coordination and supervision of work from site installation to successful completion
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality and occupational safety
- Competent leadership and support of assigned employees
- Direct contact person for customers, site management and other project participants
- Material disposition as well as preparation of work reports
Your Profile:
- Training as a bricklayer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), an equivalent craft qualification or several years of experience in building construction, ideally in the customer department
- Strong awareness of quality and costs
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Organisational flair and the ability to set priorities correctly
- High commitment and flexibility
- Team spirit as well as a professional and customer-oriented manner
