Role:
The company is an established Swiss real estate service provider engaged in the professional management, leasing, and administration of residential and commercial properties.
The working environment is versatile and combines real estate management with commercial, financial, and administrative tasks. Employees liaise with owners, tenants, external service providers, and other stakeholders and handle various issues related to properties and their management.
Responsibilities:
You will independently manage a diverse property portfolio including residential and commercial properties.
You ensure customer-oriented management and maintain direct contact with owners, tenants, authorities, and service providers.
For renovation, maintenance, and repair projects, you take on planning, coordination, and ongoing supervision.
You are also responsible for the proper invoice verification and approval and ensure efficient processing of management procedures.
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in property management and are familiar with both residential and commercial properties.
A further qualification as a property manager with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification provides a good foundation.
Your knowledge of Swiss tenancy law as well as commercial and technical property management is solid.
You are proficient in using property and industry software.
Fluent written and spoken German.
