YOUR TASKS

• As a valued member of our clinic and the ICU team, you make the difference! With your commitment, you ensure that our patients are in the best hands
• You are responsible for nursing development and quality assurance in the intensive care unit
• You evaluate the implemented nursing measures and adapted methods
• You lead projects and actively work in working groups in the ICU and with other nursing experts of the clinic
• The physical and psychological well-being of our patients is your top priority
• You take responsibility for monitoring, caring for, and supporting patients in demanding and complex nursing situations

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of professional experience as a certified intensive care nursing expert are mandatory
• As a specialist responsible for ICU nursing, you hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• If you are interested in the position as a nursing expert, you are already studying for a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or plan to start it soon
• An additional MAS or CAS qualification is an advantage
• You speak fluent German; English skills in spoken and written form are desirable
• Experience in project management and nursing development is advantageous
• Good IT user skills
• Great flexibility, resilience, and strong organisational talent
