We wish to recruit a Receptionist, Sales and Export 50-60%

Mission:

Reception & Welcome

• Ensure the operational and organisational smooth running of the reception
• Welcome and inform our Swiss and international clients with professionalism
• Manage telephone calls and provide a warm welcome
• Maintain order and good presentation of the reception area and showroom
• Collaborate with dynamism and goodwill within a versatile team

Swiss Sales & Export

• Prepare offers and process orders
• Ensure follow-up with Swiss and export clients
• Respond to client requests and provide quality service
• Provide after-sales service and telephone support
• Prepare the necessary documents for export and transport
• Participate in logistical support during fairs and events

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to the purchasing department
• Carry out various administrative tasks related to reception, sales and export activities

Profile

• Commercial training or equivalent professional experience
• Bilingual French – Swiss German
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Experience in the field of export and customs
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
• Excellent presentation and pleasant contact
• Positive, proactive and customer-oriented attitude
• Organisational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• Flexible, versatile and reliable personality
• Team spirit, dynamism and goodwill
