For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the fields of mechanical engineering, precision manufacturing, and industrial system solutions, we are looking for a reliable, technically skilled, and independent individual as a CNC Polymechanic Machining 80-100% (m/f) for the Hinwil ZH area.
- Manufacture precise individual parts, small series, and series according to technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
- Create, adjust, and optimise CNC programmes according to your experience and the respective machine park
- Perform dimensional, visual, and quality checks throughout the entire manufacturing process
- Ensure the required dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and tolerances
- Select and properly use tools, clamping devices, and machining parameters
- Detect, analyse, and resolve deviations and malfunctions in the manufacturing process
- Optimise machining procedures, setup times, and existing manufacturing processes
- Careful maintenance and servicing of machines, tools, and measuring instruments
- Collaborate with production planning, quality assurance, production, and other technical departments
- Professional experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally in turning, milling, or multi-axis machining
- Experience in independently setting up and operating CNC machines
- Confident reading and interpreting of technical drawings as well as a good understanding of tolerances and manufacturing specifications
- Good knowledge in handling testing and measuring equipment, tools, and clamping technology
- CNC programming skills on Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, or comparable controls are an advantage
- Strong quality awareness as well as a precise and structured working method
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for demanding precision manufacturing
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented personality with strong team spirit
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work day or shift work, depending on the respective area of deployment

Profile
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, CNC mechanic, or a comparable technical basic education- Professional experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally in turning, milling, or multi-axis machining
