- Manufacturing precise individual parts, small series or series according to technical drawings
- Programming, adjusting and optimising CNC programmes depending on experience
- Independently carrying out dimensional, visual and quality inspections
- Ensuring high manufacturing quality while adhering to specified tolerances
- Selecting, preparing and monitoring tools, clamping devices and machining parameters
- Detecting and correcting deviations in the manufacturing process
- Participating in process optimisations, setup time reductions and continuous improvements
- Maintenance, servicing and careful handling of machines, tools and measuring instruments
- Collaboration with production planning, quality assurance, production and technical departments
- Experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally in turning, milling or multi-axis machining
- Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings
- Good understanding of tolerances, measuring instruments, tools and manufacturing processes
- Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines
- Programming knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens or similar controls is an advantage
- Precise, structured and quality-conscious working method
- Enjoyment of precision, technology and continuous improvement
- Team-oriented, reliable and solution-focused personality
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work day shifts or shift work, depending on the area of deployment
