Product Manager Chemistry (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the chemical-technical coordination of the production of commercially launched products
Creation of action plans to achieve quality, quantity, deadline and cost targets
Coordination and support of production campaigns with multidisciplinary teams as well as definition and implementation of efficiency improvement measures
Application for process optimisation programmes taking into account safety, regulatory requirements, environmental aspects and economic efficiency
Implementation and management of change management in close cooperation with internal departments and customers
Ensuring timely product controlling, early detection of deviations and conducting root cause analyses (RCA)
Technical contact for customers on all product-specific questions
Qualifications:
Completed degree in chemistry with Ph.D., preferably in organic chemistry
Several years of professional experience in process development, project management or pharmaceutical production
Knowledge of validations, change management, cGMP and ISO 9001 is an advantage
Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
Business management knowledge is a plus
