Team Leader in Carpentry for the Manufacture of New Windows

The Mission

The team leader – technical referent is tasked with ensuring optimal and positive workshop operation both technically and humanly, primarily managing workflow, productivity, and quality. Their role is carried out in constant coordination with the production manager.

• Implement the schedule defined by the production manager and monitor the progress of projects;
• Act as the technical referent for their team (12-18 carpenters) on issues related to the production of new windows in all wood, wood-metal, or traditional styles;
• Monitor and ensure quality controls and production standards;
• Provide training for new employees;
• Maintain a good social climate within the workshop;
• Participate in continuous improvement sessions;
• Ensure compliance with company rules regarding work methods, personal safety, and working hours.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Experienced workshop carpenter with a minimum of 5 years in production;
• Significant experience in team management;
• Experience in window manufacturing is an asset;
• Flexibility, proactivity, and excellent communication skills;
• A desire to share knowledge and passion.
