Introduction

We are a property management company established in French-speaking Switzerland since 1886 with offices in Geneva, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Fribourg, Sion and Neuchâtel.

As part of our development, we are looking for a Technical Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the technical management of our real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical management of the buildings under your responsibility.
• Prepare entry and exit condition reports as well as preliminary assessments.
• Supervise maintenance, renovation and repair works.
• Establish and monitor technical budgets in collaboration with the owners.
• Manage relationships with service providers, suppliers and contracted companies.
• Conduct regular visits to the buildings to ensure their good condition.
• Follow up on claims and technical interventions.
• Conduct visits of properties for re-letting purposes.
• Work closely with property managers and other internal departments.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in the field of property management.
• Good knowledge of current standards and regulations in Switzerland.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
• Good knowledge of Quorum is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
