On behalf of a Geneva-based company active in the field of security and technical solutions, we are looking for a Technical Manager to strengthen its team and ensure the management, coordination and monitoring of its technical activities.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in security, low voltage or technical installations, as well as good team management, organisational and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, intercom and access control is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the technical activities of the team.
• Plan and organise installations, commissioning, maintenance and technical interventions.
• Ensure technical follow-up of projects and installations with clients.
• Control the quality of work carried out and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on existing installations.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and assist them in resolving problems encountered in the field.
• Participate in the configuration, commissioning and maintenance of alarm, video surveillance, intercom and access control systems.
• Coordinate interventions with clients, suppliers and technical partners.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and technical solutions.
• Ensure administrative and technical follow-up of interventions and projects.

Requirements:

• Professional training in a technical field: electricity, electronics, IT, telecommunications or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security, low voltage or technical installations.
• Proven experience in managing or coordinating a technical team.
• Very good knowledge of video surveillance systems, Genetec and Milestone a plus, alarm systems and access control.
• Strong skills in IP networks and IT infrastructures.
• Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ease in relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Valid driving licence.
• Very good spoken German and English are an advantage.
