Head of Property Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 130,000Role:
A specialised Swiss real estate company that supports owners and investors through various phases of the real estate lifecycle.
The range of services extends from professional management and administration to marketing and brokerage, as well as consulting around real estate.
Employees work on different mandates, maintain direct communication with owners and other stakeholders, and can take on their own responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
You take responsibility for your own property portfolio and ensure its professional commercial and technical management.
In the rental process, you accompany properties from advertising through viewings and contract negotiations to handover and acceptance.
You coordinate maintenance work, renovations, and conversions with owners, caretakers, craftsmen, and other partners, ensuring reliable implementation.
At the same time, you take on the professional and personnel leadership of the Zurich property management team and further develop the structures of the young location.
As the central contact person for management, you contribute your experience to the strategic and organisational development of the location.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education and ideally the federal specialist certificate in property management form your professional foundation.
You bring several years of experience in property management and are familiar with both commercial and technical topics from practice.
You think entrepreneurially, enjoy taking responsibility, and appreciate a dynamic environment with development potential.
With your communicative and reliable manner, you can bring together different interests and maintain relationships sustainably.
You have confident German language skills.
