Plastics Technologist (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you set up injection moulding machines, optimise production processes in plastics technology and ensure high quality and process stability. You sample new tools, analyse malfunctions and actively participate in improvement projects. In addition, you support the training of apprentices and contribute significantly to the further development of the injection moulding department.
Responsibilities:
Setting up, starting up and optimising injection moulding machines
Analysing process and quality deviations as well as conducting fault diagnoses
Sampling new or modified injection moulding tools according to specifications
Participating in optimisation and improvement projects in the injection moulding department
Supporting the training of apprentices
Qualifications:
Training as a Plastics Technologist EFZ and several years of experience in plastic injection moulding
Experience with Arburg and Netstal injection moulding machines as well as Arburg, Sepro and Wittmann automation
Knowledge of sensor technologies (internal pressure, temperature measurement) is an advantage
Confident understanding of production processes and networked working
Very good German language skills
