You handle challenging technical tickets in 2nd level support and find sustainable solutions
In cross-team incidents and problem tickets, you take on coordination and ensure efficient processing
Through your analytical fault finding, you precisely narrow down system limitations and optimise internal processes
You communicate solutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders and maintain the knowledge database
Additionally, you actively contribute to exciting IT projects
Qualifications:
You have a completed education in computer science or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of experience in 2nd/3rd level support of software applications is desirable
You ideally bring advanced SQL skills
You have an excellent command of German spoken and written; additional national languages are a plus
