Facility Management & Operations Maintenance Employee
Tasks
- Carrying out inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting on building technology systems
- Performing maintenance, care and upkeep work including green space management and winter services
- Identifying and implementing optimisation measures to ensure smooth operations
- Managing spare parts and maintaining technical documentation
- Taking on on-call duties and ensuring high system availability
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training, preferably in the sanitary or heating sector, with a federal specialist certificate as a caretaker
- Several years of professional experience in facility management as well as sound knowledge in maintenance and repair of building technology systems
- Strong technical understanding as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work on-call and outside regular working hours
- Team-oriented, committed and responsible personality with a professional appearance and high quality awareness
