To strengthen our Accommodation sector, we are looking for
a Nurse – Health Service
Your mission
- Contribute to the quality, safety and continuity of care services for beneficiaries of the Accommodation sector.
- Intervene transversally in the residences, supporting field teams and according to identified needs.
- Organise and coordinate the follow-up of beneficiaries' care.
- Provide nursing expertise in complex situations, specific care and monitoring of medication treatments.
- Ensure, within the legal and institutional framework, the delegation, monitoring and traceability of care acts entrusted to the professionals concerned.
- Collaborate with socio-educational and care teams, medico-social partners, families and relatives, in a logic of continuity of support.
Your profile
- Nursing diploma, with practice authorisation issued by the Geneva Cantonal Medical Service.
- Experience or strong interest in supporting people with disabilities.
- Excellent analytical, prioritisation and decision-making skills in varied care situations.
- Professional rigour, sense of responsibility and ease in transmitting care-related information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills and ability to support multidisciplinary teams.
- Good knowledge of the Geneva medico-social network and issues related to the CRPD.
- Clear, structured communication adapted to different interlocutors.
