Financial Responsibility Executive Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 130,000Role:
In this role, you create the financial foundation for sustainable growth and keep an eye on numbers, people, and processes equally. You are responsible for the company’s economic strength, ensure efficient organisation, and contribute to continuously increasing its attractiveness as an employer. As a member of the executive management, you act as a sparring partner to the CEO and bring a clear, analytical perspective to strategic discussions. You initiate changes, drive optimisations in structures and processes, and ensure that financial and organisational goals are aligned. In doing so, you actively shape the company strategy and thus decisively influence its future direction.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for finance and accounting, controlling, and liquidity management
- In this role, you prepare budgets, forecasts, and annual financial statements and ensure their quality
- You develop meaningful key figures and management reports for sound company control
- As financial responsibility executive management, you support the executive management and board of directors in strategic decisions
- You are responsible for compliance, risk management, and the internal control system
- In this role, you lead and develop a team of employees and shape a modern, appreciative corporate culture
Qualifications:
- You have a higher education in finance, business administration, or human resources.
- You have several years of experience in leadership and management.
- You think entrepreneurially and are characterised by strategic foresight.
- You enjoy linking numbers, people, and processes meaningfully.
- You convince with high initiative and a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
- You communicate clearly, naturally demonstrate strong leadership, and have a very good command of German; French is a plus.
