Microsoft 365 Solution Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for customer projects holistically - from gathering and analysing requirements through technical conception to implementation and continuous development.
You design, implement and optimise modern Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions with Entra ID, Intune, Teams and SharePoint.
You develop innovative automation and AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph and sustainably integrate them into existing environments.
You advise customers on the digitalisation and modernisation of their IT and business processes and develop suitable technical solutions from business requirements.
You build sustainable customer relationships, identify new potentials and actively contribute to pre-sales, solution consulting and business development.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365 environment with solid knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Teams and SharePoint.
Practical experience with endpoint management, software packaging and modern workplace as well as administration of modern client and cloud environments.
Good knowledge or strong interest in AI, Microsoft Copilot and IT automation as well as experience with Power Automate, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Strong consulting and communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly at various management and specialist levels.
Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, high personal responsibility and implementation strength as well as ideally experience in customer consulting, pre-sales, solution consulting or business development.
