Process Specialist & Training Leader Chromatography (m/f/d) (New Building K), 100%

To strengthen our team in the production of active ingredients, we are seeking by agreement a Process Specialist (m/f/d), 100% in the field of Chromatography.

We offer you a varied range of tasks in the manufacture of pharmaceutical active ingredients on the latest equipment in our new building. Accompany the commissioning and the first productions.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a consistently high level of training for production staff in GMP and practical process execution
• Technical support for shift supervisors and foremen in operational operations
• Accompanying the commissioning of new equipment in the HPLC area including recipe tests, engineering batches, and PQ runs
• Support in the introduction and application of the PCS7 process control system as well as paperless documentation using MES
• Transfer of technical know-how and training of production staff in the new equipment area
• Development and implementation of training programmes for the technical area of responsibility
• Conducting onboarding programmes for new employees and trainees
• Creation and maintenance of training materials as well as process- and equipment-specific documentation
• Training on HSE and GMP relevant topics in the production environment
• Function as a technical expert for the responsible equipment area
• Support in planning and implementing technical improvements in cooperation with QA, operations engineering, and external suppliers
• Support in repairs including creation of LOTO plans, work permits, and on-site supervision

Your Profile

• Chemical technician training and/or chemical master craftsman training or other corresponding technical training, at least 5 years of professional experience in chemical operations
• Experience in chromatography, ultrafiltration, or similar
• Comprehensive knowledge of handling chemicals, PPE, zoning concepts, and HSE regulations
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Confident GMP understanding and ability to convey compliance with requirements
• Strong organisational talent and ability to plan work independently
• Experience with paperless documentation
• Experience with process control systems (e.g. PCS7)
• Experience with commissioning new equipment and processes
