• You are responsible for the strategic and operational management as well as the development of Urban Green Lucerne (STG) in the context of politics and public administration.
• You position STG for the population and our partners as a competent contact point in the field of green and open spaces.
• You lead clearly and bindingly, provide orientation, set accents and impulses for changes, and promote an appreciative and participatory culture.
• You develop processes and promote people purposefully and always keep the big picture in mind.
• You represent STG internally and externally and work as a representative of the city in committees.

• You bring a proven track record and several years of leadership experience at the management level, preferably in the field of green and open spaces.
• You have pronounced business and process-oriented know-how with pragmatic implementation competence.
• You are a confident personality with a clear attitude, respectful demeanor, convincing communication as well as negotiation and decision-making strength.
• You promote dialogue with different stakeholders and actively contribute to joint problem solving.
• You write clearly and precisely and are able to present complex political content in an easily understandable way.
