Responsibilities:
- As Product Owner in the Value Hub Insurance CORE, you take responsibility for the Solution Stream Commission.
- In this role, you lead and shape your products in terms of quality and continuous development.
- You analyse customer needs and market trends in the end-to-end process and handle product-related escalations.
- You prepare, manage, and prioritise the product backlog and plan activities in line with strategic goals and customer scope.
- You define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product success.
- As a product manager, you ensure timely and budget-compliant implementations through close coordination with teams and ongoing monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Education or training in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally working with a SAFe-Scaled Agile Framework
- In-depth insurance knowledge in product and compensation areas; knowledge of the industry software Syrius is an advantage
- Solid practical experience in requirements definition as well as collaboration with software suppliers and development teams
- Structured, independent working style and high motivation to work with agile methods and actively shape change
- Experience or certifications in the SAFe environment are desirable
